Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a paid MelaBridge subscription from your Subscription page. No phone call is required.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Subscription page by clicking Cancel Subscription. A confirmation step will show you the exact date your access ends before you confirm. You can also manage billing details (invoices, payment method) via the Stripe billing portal accessible from the same page.

2. Trial and Billing

Eligible customers may use one trial across Planner Pro and Vendor Pro: 5 days for Planner Pro or 14 days for Vendor Pro. A payment method is required. The selected $29 monthly, $290 yearly, or $29 monthly subscription starts automatically at the trial end unless canceled first. Canceling during a trial ends trial access and paid features immediately and prevents the trial conversion charge. One trial is available per account and email; card fingerprints are checked where Stripe provides them. A prior Pro subscription may make a new subscription start at the regular price.

3. What Happens After You Cancel

• Paid subscription: access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged again.
• Trial: canceling ends trial access and paid features immediately. The trial will not convert into a paid subscription.
• No future renewals — cancellation stops all future automatic charges.
• Your account and data are preserved — cancelling does not delete your account, events, guest lists, vendor history, files, or any other data. Your account downgrades to the Free tier when paid access ends.
• Your account remains and moves to the Free plan when paid access ends. If the first charge after a trial fails, paid features are turned off while Stripe retries payment.

4. Refunds and Account Deletion

Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund a paid period. See the Refund Policy. To permanently remove your account and data, use Settings → Account → Delete Account.
