Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms apply to any individual or business ("Vendor") that creates a public business profile, lists services, or presents portfolio photos and packages on MelaBridge. By using MelaBridge as a vendor, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. MelaBridge Is a Technology Platform

MelaBridge provides tools for vendors to create business profiles, list service categories, and display portfolio photos and packages for discovery. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, service descriptions, and the terms of their services.

2. Profiles and Marketplace Discovery

Hosts and planners can search the marketplace and view available vendor profiles and offerings. Profile placement and discovery depend on factors such as category, location, profile details, and available listings. MelaBridge does not guarantee profile placement or a particular business outcome.

3. No Client Payment Processing

MelaBridge does not receive, hold, process, or escrow payments for vendor services. MelaBridge subscription payments are separate from payments for vendor services. Vendors remain responsible for their service pricing, payment terms, invoices, and any related disputes.

4. Vendor Profile Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that your vendor profile, portfolio, pricing, availability, and service descriptions are accurate, current, and not misleading. MelaBridge reserves the right to remove or flag profiles that contain false, misleading, or prohibited content.

5. Professional Licensing and Insurance

You are solely responsible for maintaining any professional licenses, permits, and insurance required by applicable law for your services.

6. Vendor Conduct

You agree not to use MelaBridge to misrepresent your services, upload content you do not have the right to use, or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct. Violation of these conduct standards may result in account suspension or termination.

7. No Guarantee of Results

MelaBridge does not guarantee profile placement, revenue, business growth, or any other business outcome. Subscription fees provide access to the platform tools included with your plan.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos, descriptions, logos, and other content you upload to your vendor profile. By uploading content, you grant MelaBridge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MelaBridge is not liable for any loss of revenue, damage to reputation, or other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Vendor Terms from time to time. Continued use of MelaBridge as a vendor after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
