Yes. Hosts and families can create unlimited events, manage guests and RSVPs, and organize budgets, checklists, timelines, and vendor discovery on the free plan.

Planner Pro is for professional event planners at $29/month or $290/year. Vendor Pro is $29/month and includes 50 portfolio photos, unlimited packages, and public profile customization. Eligible customers can use one trial across both plans: 5 days for Planner Pro or 14 days for Vendor Pro. Vendor Standard remains free.

Yes. Cancel from your Subscription page. Canceling during a trial ends Pro access immediately and prevents the trial conversion charge. After a paid period begins, access continues through the end of that paid period. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

A payment method is required. One trial is available per account and email across Planner Pro and Vendor Pro; Stripe card fingerprints are also checked where available. Planner Pro trials last 5 days and Vendor Pro trials last 14 days. The selected $29 monthly plan, or Planner Pro's $290 yearly plan, starts automatically at the disclosed trial end unless you cancel first. Prior Pro subscriptions may make a new checkout paid from the start.

Yes. Invite co-planners with granular permissions — view, comment, edit, or admin. Everyone stays on the same timeline and can see updates in real time.

Always. Guest data is encrypted at rest and in transit, not sold, and shared with event collaborators according to their permissions. You control exports and deletion.

Yes. Guests, budget, timeline, and files can all be exported to CSV or downloaded at any time.

Stripe processes Planner Pro and Vendor Pro subscriptions. If eligible, Planner Pro has a 5-day trial and Vendor Pro a 14-day trial; a payment method is required and the selected plan price is charged at the disclosed trial end unless you cancel first. Canceling during a trial ends Pro access immediately. If the first charge fails, paid features are turned off until payment succeeds. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled; access continues through the paid period.

Search the marketplace by service, location, and budget. Review business profiles, service categories, portfolio photos, and packages, then save vendors to an event. Results depend on the listings available in the marketplace.

Yes. A vendor can select a primary service plus additional services and appear once in marketplace results. Planners can filter by any service the vendor offers, while the public profile shows the complete service list.

You can save a known vendor privately to your event. Vendors can create a free Vendor Standard profile, and an existing public profile can be claimed by its business owner after sign-in and review. Multiple service categories can be listed under one business profile.

No. MelaBridge does not process deposits, milestone payments, or escrow for vendor services. Payments for those services take place outside MelaBridge.
